This has the article on last month's E-statement promotion. Of course, you can sign up for E-statements anytime of the year.  However, the article states that the tote bag promotion was during the month of March. Fortunately we have a few tote bags left over from last month, so sign up for a new E-statement account at either branch and receive a free tote bag until the supply runs out!
