Towpath Credit Union, as a not-for-profit financial cooperative, is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. The Board is comprised of Members in good standing who have belonged to the credit union for at least one year. The Board meets regularly and is responsible for maintaining the general direction of the credit union. This includes guiding the credit union to fulfill its purpose and approving policies. A Member of the Board of Directors acts as an ambassador for Towpath Credit Union.
Applicants must be a Towpath Credit Union Member, in good standing, for at least 12 months in order to be eligible for nomination to the Board of Directors.
Cast your vote online by clicking the button below. To request a paper ballot, you can call (888) 492-3982 to have it sent directly to you. Members may also request a paper ballot and pre-paid return mail envelope at any of our four branches.
