Current Openings: 

 

Member Experience Specialist (MES):  Providing a world class Member experience through professional, high quality, Member focused service via phone and electronic communication. Always demonstrating friendliness, individualized attention, accountability, and empathy in every interaction with Towpath Credit Union members. The MES will assess the needs of the Member and complete the transaction, seeking guidance from the Manager when needed on complex transactions.  The MES understands all the products and services Towpath provides to our Members and informs our Members of products that would be applicable.  The MES will own the member transaction from the beginning and see that all the needs are met before ending the interaction. 

 

Teller: A Member facing position, providing the Member with a friendly, professional experience during their business transactions with Towpath.  Responsible for greeting the Members, either in person or on the phone, with a friendly, warm tone and following guidelines to verify Member identity.  The Teller will assess the needs of the Member and complete the transaction, seeking guidance from the Lead Teller when needed on complex transactions.  The Teller understands all the products and services Towpath provides to our Members and informs our Members of products that would be applicable.  The Teller will own the Member transaction from the beginning and see that all the needs are met before ending the interaction. 

 

Branch Manager:  A Member facing position, providing the Member with a friendly, professional experience during their business transactions with Towpath.  Responsible for greeting the Members, either in person or on the phone, with a friendly, warm tone and following guidelines to verify Member identity.  Guide and manage branch office in providing quality service to Members in account transactions, loan applications, and new account. Solve problems within established policies and guidelines. Perform all teller functions as needed.  The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall production and management of the team. 

 

Loan Officer: Provides information on credit union products and services according to all credit union policies, procedures and regulations.  Responsible for building Member relationships, interviewing and evaluating loan applicants for routine loans and processing the application.  Working closely with Underwriting to analyze the loan applicants’ credit history, risk and background information.   Cross-selling products and services for the credit union and educating the Members on how we can improve their financial wellness. 

 

Lending Information Specialist: Providing a world class Member experience through professional, high quality, Member focused service via phone and electronic communication. Always demonstrating friendliness, individualized attention, accountability, and empathy in every interaction with Towpath Credit Union Members. The Lending Information Specialist will assess the lending needs of the Member and start the application process while guiding the Member through the process and answering questions via phone, email and text when necessary.  The Lending Information Specialist understands all the lending products and services Towpath provides to our Members and informs our Members of products that would be applicable.  Working closely with the lending team and underwriting team to ensure all Member needs are met.
