What you need for Pre-Approval

I have noticed that one of the hardest parts of the pre-qualification process is having enough money for a down payment and closing costs. Focus on saving. If you are thinking about purchasing a home soon, maybe save your tax return money or set up a savings account just for your down payment and have a certain amount of your paycheck directly deposited in to it. You need to have money in the bank for your down payment and to cover closing costs before we can get you pre-approved. As soon as you have met all of these qualifications we can apply for pre-approval.
