Upcoming income tax refund and stimulus payment deposits are likely to cause high volumes of phone calls and long wait times in our Member Experience Center. During the next week it may be more convenient for you to use some of our alternative banking services. We’re here to help!
To get information about your payment,
you should contact the Internal Revenue Service or use the new IRS "Get My Payment Tool"
that went live this morning.
With Online Banking, you can check account balances, pay bills, view statements, and transfer funds between Towpath CU accounts. Be sure to enroll in Online Banking before logging in for the first time.

- You may see your payment as a pending deposit in online banking, before the actual deposit date.
With Mobile Alerts/Text Banking, you can check balances and transaction history, pay credit cards and loans, look up hours of operations, and more. You can also have text alerts sent to you when you receive a deposit!
- To set up Mobile Alerts/Text Banking, turn on mobile alerts through our online banking portal. Under the "self-service" tab, select preferences then selecting registered mobile alert number (or contact our Member Experience Center for help).
- To use, text MENU to 330-400-2510
Not a fan of Online Banking? No worries! Get your balance or complete basic transactions anytime, anywhere by calling 330-664-4701. Please be sure to have your account number and automated teller PIN (last four digits of your social security number) available to use this service. The automated system will let you know your account balance and details.
