Dear Valued TowpathCU Members,
As of this morning, our core banking system, online banking/mobile app provider, and touch-tone phone teller system is experiencing connectivity issues. As a result, our online banking, mobile app, and branch core systems are currently inaccessible.
We understand and acknowledge the inconvenience this may cause. We are working hard to restore service as quickly as possible and will provide updates on our website and social media when systems are restored completely.
Your debit and credit cards should continue to work with minimal disruption, but you will be unable to access online banking, and we are unable to conduct transactions in the branch or over the phone at this time.
In the unlikely event any account fees are assessed as a result of this issue, please rest assured that the fees will be refunded. Your money is safe and insured, and we hope to see connectivity restored quickly.
