What You'll Be Doing (and Loving!):
As our Manager of Community Engagement, you'll be the face of our credit union in the community, responsible for:
Sparking Connections: You'll be out and about, actively engaging with local businesses, non-profits, schools, and community leaders to build strong, lasting relationships.
Generating Buzz: Think creatively about how to showcase our credit union's value. You'll identify and cultivate new Membership opportunities, bringing our fantastic financial solutions to more people.
Being a Brand Ambassador: You'll be a walking, talking billboard for our credit union, increasing our brand awareness and making sure everyone knows the amazing things we do.
Community Impact: You'll identify and participate in events, sponsorships, and initiatives that align with our values and make a tangible difference in the lives of our neighbors.
Storytelling: You'll help us share the incredible stories of how our credit union empowers individuals and strengthens our community.
What We're Looking For:
You're a natural at building rapport and trust with diverse groups of people.
You're self-motivated, proactive, and always looking for the next opportunity to connect.
You're full of innovative ideas for engaging the community and generating interest.
You have a track record of successfully building and leveraging professional relationships.
You genuinely care about making a positive impact where we live and work.
You can clearly articulate our mission and values, both in person and in writing.
Previous experience in community relations, business development, or a similar role is a big plus!

Teller is a Member-facing position, responsible for providing the members with a friendly, professional experience during their business transactions with Towpath. As a Teller, you will assist in solving issues for our members, handle cash, balance your drawer daily, processing account transactions, discuss service products with members, open new accounts and cross-sell products, and resolve member concerns in a timely fashion.
